B.O.O.M. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering men and young people to become leaders in their homes, communities, and beyond.
To inspire, mentor, and equip men to become leaders in their homes and communities while creating opportunities that positively impact future generations.

Building strong men. Strengthening families. Serving our community.
Five practices, one mission. Start where you are — the rest gets built alongside brothers.
Building guidance that lasts a lifetime. Every young person paired with a man who shows up, consistently.
Equipping men to lead with confidence and purpose — at home, on the job, and in the neighborhood.
Giving back and making a real impact. Food drives, back-to-school pushes, and neighborhood clean-ups.
Opening minds and creating opportunities through workshops, tutoring, and career readiness.
Standing together. Holding each other to a higher standard, week in and week out.

"We're not waiting on somebody else to save our community. We are the men we've been waiting for."
Kenneth founded B.O.O.M. to put real men around real problems — showing up in the neighborhood with mentorship, service, and a standard worth living up to.
He leads the mentoring circles, organizes community drives, and personally connects with every family that reaches out.

Discipline, focus, respect, leadership — worked through with young men around one table.

Cookouts, ball games, and father-son days that put brotherhood into practice.
"My son walked in quiet and unsure. Six months later he's leading the group discussion. These men gave him something I couldn't give him alone."
"B.O.O.M. didn't just tell me to be better — they showed up every week until being better was normal for me."
"We partnered with B.O.O.M. for a back-to-school drive and they outworked everybody. Real people doing real work."
